A Staff Attitude Survey that not only delivers.....it's FREE!!
Your employees are the best ones to tell you what is right and what is wrong in your organisation, so why not ask them!
By conducting Staff Attitude Surveys, employers obtain valuable feedback from their staff that will assist management to focus on those issues that are negatively impacting on productivity, performance and profitability.
Management teams that listen to their staff and then act on their feedback will also enjoy higher employee engagement/satisfaction levels and higher staff retention rates.
Taking action on the findings further demonstrates that employees' views are valued and this will pay dividends in terms of improved morale and commitment.
A word of warning.....If you do not intend to take action and make changes based on the survey results, then DO NOT DO IT. There is only one thing worse than not asking your team for their feedback, and that is asking them but not doing anything about it!
The online Staff Attitude Survey we have designed for you takes only 10 minutes to complete, can be personalised with your corporate logo and includes an introduction by your CEO (or another individual if appropriate). All data will be treated as highly confidential and the survey results will be made available to you within one week of the survey completion date.

I first started using Staff Attitude Surveys in 1999. Since then they have become a very important part of my human capital programs and processes. It never ceases to amaze me just how much you can learn about your organisation, especially what is great and what is not, when you ask the most important asset...your people.
This survey not only provides invaluable information on the state of your organisation, it will also establish a "peg in the ground" to allow objective measurement of your "corporate health" now and in the future.
With nothing to risk, other than having to face the truth, there is very little reason why you should not instigate this initiative to kick off the financial year.
