Profiles Performance Indicator

The Profiles Performance Indicator (PPI) is a DISC personality style employee performance assessment test. The reporting this test provides helps managers/supervisors appreciate how an individual can be understood motivated and managed to achieve the best job performance. It also provides recommendations for improving employee performance. Recommendations include: how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict; how to stimulate employee motivation; how to conduct effective performance appraisal; and how to determine whether the employee is internally motivated or will need external stimulation.

Profiles Team Analysis 

The Profiles Team Analysis (PTA) reports the attributes of each team member, showing team strengths and potential problem areas. OurPeople 360°

The OurPeople 360°is a 360-degree survey primarily used to evaluate the effectiveness of your managers and leaders. This survey combines feedback from Direct Reports, Peers, Supervisors, and even customers, with a personalized program for developing specific leadership skills based on that feedback.

The OurPeople 360° helps managers to identify and prioritize their own development opportunities and helps the organization to better focus management training.
